Our
partners in the University sector have come together
to provide a striking example of co- operation. Departments
from three institutions:
• Christ Church University
• The University of Greenwich
• The University of Kent
are all located in Medway on a site adjacent to Chatham
Dockyard, providing a range of higher education courses
to students from the Thames Gateway and the wider national
and international community. Opportunities in Medway
already exist to study at Kent Institute of Art and
Design and the Open University.
In 2008,
Mid Kent College started work on a new campus
nearby to create an environment were students will
be able to study at all levels.
