The Darent Federation of schools has established two Learning Centres; one at Dartford Technology College and the other at Axton Chase School, using DCLG funding obtained through the Gateway Knowledge Alliance. These centres are helping them to deliver new courses to older pupils, staff and members of the local community. The Federation are preparing them for the new jobs in Engineering, Business and the Creative Industries that will come into the area over the next decade.
